  3.     This is a rubbish demo at first but about half way through it bursts 
  4.     into flowers with some very good AGA plasmas, scrolls, and fractals 
  5.     which all make it worth while. Good.

  8.     This is a classic demo in style and old in effects. The effects here 
  9.     are nothing new at all but nevertheless it is still a good demo.

  12.     This is a game in which you have to move your blob around different 
  13.     mazes without falling in the drink. There are certain tactics that 
  14.     must be used as the floor falls away beneath you so there is only one 
  15.     correct route. Good.

  17. ^+  FICONDOM.LHA   DELON [FINAL CONDOM]
  18.     A good demo with all the usuall effects and tricks. The music is what 
  19.     makes this one stick out. The main tune is a hip hop groove (full 
  20.     lirics) and the closing titles are accompanied by a rendision of 
  21.     Maxx's Getaway. Very good.

  23. ^+  RUMBLEB.DMS    BETON [RUMBLE BUBBLE]
  24.     This demo is quite good. The demo is built up of short routines based,
  25.      mainly, around 3D and ray traced objects. Also there is a good 
  26.     spinning tunnel routine. Good music. Good.

  28. ^+  SCHNEBIT.LHA   SCHNEBITZ
  29.     This is a cartoon style puzzle game in which you must guide Schnebitz 
  30.     through each puzzle by moving certain coloured blocks into their 
  31.     correct positions. Good graphics and game play.

  34.     This is a very well presented arcade game. The game is meant to be 
  35.     like StarWars. There are lots of well drawn logos, menus and even a 
  36.     short intro which give this game a professional feel. The actual 
  37.     gameplay itself is not quite as exiting but still very addictive. You 
  38.     have to thrust around in your X-Wing collecting troops on the ground. 
  39.     Good graphics. Very good.

  82.     and dot vectors. There are some pretty good graphics and the tune is 
  83.     good too. Very good.

  90.     A very good AGA demo that has some excellent examples of AGA 
  91.     graphical effects. There are a lot of the usual things such as vector

  93.     soundtrack. Very good.

  104.     This is a lengthly slideshow of Japanese Manga art. For those of you 
  105.     who are not familier, Manga is a set of feature length cartoon films 
  106.     made in Japan. This disk has artwork based on these films. Good.

  112.     Is an excellent game in which you play the role of a superfast moving 
  113.     Snake in a PackMan arcade maze,  You have to eat the fruit from 
  114.     within the playing grid and adoid your own trial which gets longer 
  115.     the more fruit you eat.  Sounds easy but is very adictive when played.

  118.     If you like tetris games then get this. This is the best tetris game 
  119.     that I've ever played on the Amiga. The graphics are great and the 
  120.     music is very good and most importantly, the gameplay in both one and 
  121.     two player mode is superb. Very good.

  124.     A very good music collection comprising of twenty or so tunes stored

  137.     This demo is a complete mimic of the PC game Doom. All the demo does 
  138.     is roll around a maze. Afterwards there is a slideshow of photos of

  142.     This disk is an excellent set of fantasy artwork. The pictures 
  143.     include images of all kinds of monsters, beasts and heroic charactors.
  144.      There are about twenty in all which can be selected from minatures 
  145.     or shown via an automatic slideshow. Excellent.

  148.     A very good little demo. The best thing is that it is a bit more 
  149.     original than most music demos. The music is funk rock in style and 
  150.     the graphics match it perfectly. Very good.

  153.     A very short and sweet intro by melon that is however, very good. 
  154.     There are some variations on the melon logo followed by an excellent

  203.     A disk magazine for those of you, Amiga users, who are interested in 
  204.     science fiction. There about twenty five stories included as well as

  208.     After an explosion in your laboratory the atoms of various elements 
  209.     are racing about inside your nuclear reactor.  They are becoming 
  210.     increasingly unstable and must be made safe.  Control is via the 
  211.     mouse.

  214.     A great little platformer. Jump around the screen collecting the 
  215.     various power ups and food which you will find raining down from the 
  216.     sky. Very good.

  219.     A very good demo written in Amos. It starts off with an introduction 
  220.     of some standard demo effects. Then you jump into a hidden adventure 
  221.     game which you have to complete in order to see the rest of this 
  222.     excellent demo. Very good.

  225.     Once again virtual dreams bring us a demo of pure quality. Although 
  226.     not AGA this demo still has outstanding graphics and good music. 
  227.     There are many good effects such as fractals, dot vectors, a ray 
  228.     traced anim, and many many more. A very long running production. Very 
  229.     good.

  240.     A very interesting demo created using VideoTracker. The music is very 
  241.     good and as with all video tracked demos the graphics go in time to 
  242.     the music. Some very good effects are included such as some dancing 
  243.     cola cans and lemmings. Very funny.

  246.     A very ordinary demo with loads of vector graphics and flashy fonts. 
  247.     The strange thing about this is that it does not always run in full 
  248.     colour but pops up in black and white!

  251.     An inovative idea which combines a music demo with a graphics 
  252.     slideshow. There are three tunes to choose from and five different 
  253.     pictures which are not bad at all. Good.

  256.     This is old C-64 style Boulderdash clone, AdvancedMiniDash, and here 
  257.     is many new great features, like bombs, magic walls, arrows, etc.

  292.     The game of moria is a single player dungeon simulation.  A player

  295.      even months, attempting to win the game by defeating the Balrog 
  296.     which lurks in the deeper levels.

  299.     A tiny game for 2-5 players who fight against each other.  It is 
  300.     similar to the commercial Dynablaster or Bomberman, except a 1-player 
  301.     mode is not available.  On the other hand, there are a great number 
  302.     of extras.  To win the game, one player has to disintegrate all other

  306.     Role-Playing Game which is a Demo version of an interactive novel.  
  307.     You are an 18 year old orphan who meets the love of his life on 
  308.     Christmas Eve.  A fairy-tale story for both young and grown-up 
  309.     children.  The improved parser now works faster.  Author Rüdiger

  313.     This is a small quarter-screen HAM Interlace test animation of a 
  314.     pteradactyl in flight flapping its wings, opening its mouth and 
  315.     turning its head from side to side.  It shows the use of the Bones 
  316.     feature in Imagine V3.0 to articulate once static objects.  It could 
  317.     be easily made to wiggle its feet, blink its eyes, and even land and 
  318.     hop with very little effort.  The test anim was done at 
  319.     quarter-screen to keep the size down.  I suggest using ViewTek at F7

  323.     Congratulations on your new job as head shipping clerk in the roach 
  324.     division at Insect Fun Inc.  As you know, Insect Fun Inc.  offers a 
  325.     full line of recreational insect experimentation and observation kits 
  326.     including its popular Roach Farm Fun Kit.  Your job is to fill test 
  327.     tubes with live roaches in preparation for shipping so that eager 
  328.     Roach Farm customers may stock their farms with livestock.  During 
  329.     your work day, you are presented with test tubes of varying sizes, 
  330.     each containing an arbitrary number of roaches.  They arrive from the 
  331.     breeding centers this way (center workers tend to scoop up random 
  332.     numbers of roaches).  You are then presented with an invoice form 
  333.     which lists the quantities of roaches that customers have ordered.  
  334.     The first roach quantity on the invoice is for the tube on the top, 
  335.     the second quantity is for the tube second from the top, and so on.

  339.     In Space Empire, you compete with up to 25 other players attempting 
  340.     to control the universe and become the glorious Space Lord.  The 
  341.     route is difficult and there are many enemies along the way(usually 
  342.     the other players...:).  This is a economic and strategy game of 
  343.     intense warfare. You must balance the economic needs of your Empire 
  344.     along with your military ones.  Keep your people happy, feed them, 
  345.     and make sure you do the same for you military and you will be just 
  346.     starting to scratch the surface of this complex military game.  This 
  347.     is a STDIO BBS door that can be run with Citadel, DLG, or any BBS 
  348.     program that supports that door type.  This door was originally 
  349.     written for Citadel BBSes but has also become fairly popular with DLG 
  350.     sysops.

  353.     This demo enables you to walk through a 3D dungeon.  All walls are 
  354.     realtime texturemapped and shaded.  The ECS version uses 64 colors.

  367.     As the title suggests this disk has graphics in the form of

  372.     This is a game written in Amos which puts you in the shoes of an ant 
  373.     who must try to destroy the enemy's ant nest by making a series of 
  374.     tactical moves followed by an attack. Very good.

  377.     This game is very difficult at first but when you've warmed up you'll 
  378.     find an addictive game in which you have to try to control a little 
  379.     snake type thing and stop it from hitting the sides and try to 
  380.     collect power ups etc. Good.

  383.     This music demo is the entire prodigy track sampled and remixed for 
  384.     your Amiga. Good quality sampling.

  387.     This QE production is Prodigy's Fire sampled for playing back on your 
  388.     Amiga. Very good.

  391.     A music disk which has a number of TV themes in the form of Amiga 
  392.     modules. These include Doctor Who and Quntum Leap.

  637.     player. Very good.

  640.     This is an Amiga version of the boardgame Hotel. It can only be

  649.     attempt to smash up all the other cars before they smash you. Great 
  650.     fun. Good graphics.

  653.     You pilot the Nano Fly in to the Nano-Tech Tower and hopefully out

  656.     number of items to help you.  These include extra flies, energy 
  657.     replacers, rocket decoys, restart points and various other stuff.

  664.     only one file of puzzles (Mate in 1 in Level 1) This option will 
  665.     always be selected.  The full version has about 1500 puzzles of 
  666.     varying difficulty.  CHESSLIBRARY only has one file of openings, the 
  667.     Alekhines defence.  The full version has about 1000 lines in all, in 
  668.     addition to a section on opening traps.  CHESSRATER has only one game 
  669.     you can test yourself on.  The full version has 40 games.

  674.     We have seen many DOOM engines in Amiga, but almost all of them are 
  675.     crap.  This one uses 256x200 and 192x160 size windows with 256 colors 
  676.     and needs 68020+ and AGA.  This engine is not ready yet, but we have 
  677.     to finish our demo and wanted to release this now before anyone else 
  678.     does so.  Some features of our engine: - Speedy - Working doors - 
  679.     Objects - Lightsourcing by distance - Transparent walls - Animated 
  680.     walls and objects - Floor and ceiling  This preview uses at this 
  681.     moment plain raycasting system used in Wolfenstein (ID Software) so 
  682.     it is quite simple and we are going to do a more complex version but 
  683.     it takes time and has low priority at this moment.  We use two chunky 
  684.     to planar converters (One optimized for 020 and one for 040) which 
  685.     are PD but not our work. Requires use of LHA which is provided on the 
  686.     disk.

  693.     excellent tracks. These are Space 1999, Captain Scarlet, Danger Man,

  700.     are well put together and the music is of a good quality and it is 
  701.     original. As usual the disk is put together with some great titles 
  702.     and graphics as well. Good.

  705.     This is a games compilation. All three games can be run from 
  706.     workbanch. BattleSheep is a WB game which is identical to battleships 
  707.     except it is based on sheep instead of ships. Good fun. Milestones is 
  708.     a board game in which you have to reach exactly 1000 miles before the 
  709.     computer does. Tanx n Stuff is a classic multiplayer split screen 
  710.     tank shoot'em up in which up to four players can go around blowing 
  711.     each other up. Great.

  713. ^+  SPEEDWAY.LHA   SPEEDWAY DEMO - ENGLANDS CHALLENGE
  714.     This is a first. This demo is a managerial stratergy game for teams 
  715.     of speedway riders. You have to select a team of 5 riders from the 
  716.     rated list and then have them race against the best of the 
  717.     internationals. A good addictive game.

  720.     This game is superb. Roketz is a two player racing game with a slight 
  721.     difference. Your vehicles are space craft which manouvre just as 
  722.     space craft do in games like thrust, except you have to get the thing 
  723.     round a course! The graphics are dazzling as they are nearly all 
  724.     raytraced and the gameplay and sound effects are spot on. Excellent.

  744.     This is a new game written in Blitz Basic 2. It is based untirely on 
  745.     another PD game called Universial Conquest. Two players play against 
  746.     each other for control of `The Galaxy', which is a grid of cells, 
  747.     some of which contain planets. You each start play holding one planet,
  748.      and the aim of the game is, over a number of turns, to end up 
  749.     holding more planets than your opponent. Good.

  752.     In New World, you play the role of an early explorer, setting out 
  753.     from Europe to face the unknown.  Armed with a loan from the crown,

  755.       Once you find it, you must deal with the natives there.  Whether 
  756.     you will trade peacefully or attempt a conquest is up to you, but you 
  757.     must live with the consequences of your actions!

  760.     The main objective of this game is to kill as many objects as 
  761.     possible while avoiding their bullets.  In the right hand corner you

  763.     enemy that you suppose to destroy.  One way of doing it is to turn so 
  764.     he's in the middle of the screen (or right in front of you on the 
  765.     radar) and shoot by pressing fire.  If you fail to kill the sucker 
  766.     for some reason (as it is possible as he moves, turns around and your 
  767.     bullets have limited range) you should repeat the above procedure.

  817.     excellent game for fans of tetris. This is not a clone it is a 
  818.     complete remake which uses a different concept of game play. The 
  819.     blocks fall down all four sides of a bow shape and form on the base. 
  820.     This is hard to explain but it is very good. Amiga Columns is a clone 
  821.     of the console game and works very well. Align the colours of blocks 
  822.     to score points. Very good.

  953.     must guide a frog across a busy road and then a river to his lilly 
  954.     pad. Asteroids is the game in which you shoot asteroids. As you do 
  955.     this they break up into smaller piececs which also need blasting. 
  956.     Q-Bert is a game played diagonally on a set of steps. Great.

  1240.     a rollar coaster. Very good.

  1405.     Okay readers, this one's pretty simple.  Cow Wars is a two player 
  1406.     game the object of which is to blow up your opponent before he or she 
  1407.     can blow you up.  Each player must lob 3 different cows (one glass, 
  1408.     one real, and one styrofoam) over a mountain and land them on the 
  1409.     other player.  Which cow a player has to lob is a function of 
  1410.     providence so don't go trying to select one cow over another.  When 
  1411.     all three cows have found their mark the game ends, but any cow in 
  1412.     the air has a chance to land so ties are possible.

  1415.     The object of the game is to bounce a ball against bricks, destroying 
  1416.     them and accumulating points.  The ball must not make its way past 
  1417.     your paddle, which you control using a mouse or joystick/control pad. 
  1418.      Whenever the ball hits your paddle, it bounces back up at an angle 
  1419.     relative to the position that the ball hits the paddle at.  Knowing 
  1420.     this, the ball can be aimed at targets, and with a little practice 
  1421.     this becomes easy.  Each board consists of an arena with walls and 
  1422.     bricks.  In single player games, the paddle is at the bottom of the 
  1423.     arena which is open.  In dual player games, player 1's paddle is at 
  1424.     the bottom and player 2's paddle is at the top.
